Pay with crypto

Short answer
You can pay with crypto from your dashboard; each crypto payment covers one month of the plan you choose. On Choose a plan, leave the switch on Monthly, press or pay with crypto → under the plan, choose the coin and press Get payment address: the dashboard sends you to our crypto payment processor’s own payment page, where you send exactly the amount it shows, in the coin and on the network it shows. The coins are the ones that list shows. The plan is applied when the order is paid, and the order is under Billing → Crypto payments with its receipt. A crypto payment buys a 31-day term and does not renew on its own. Crypto is not offered while a card subscription is still active, or while Acting as is set to a team workspace. Enterprise pays as set in its contract.
If it still fails
Press Talk to a person in this chat (or open Help) and include your account email and, if you have one, the order id. Anything about a crypto order that already exists, or coins that have moved, is handled by a person.
