Scale plan: limits, and why it is not self-serve yet

Short answer

Scale is a real, fully defined plan but it is not sold through self-serve checkout yet, because running 12 profiles at once needs more capacity than exists today. It is sold by talking to us; the pricing card shows Talk to us instead of a start button.

Check first

  • Do you actually need more than Team’s 6 profiles at once? Team is self-serve.
  • Signed in as the account owner? Plan changes are an owner action.

What Scale includes

From the catalog: 12 profiles at once, 1,000 saved profiles, 1,000 saved proxies, 200 GiB storage, 1,000 recipes, teammates, API access with live keys, the AI agent on your own key (plus 12,000 monthly AI credits), VPN exits, priority email and, on request, a shared channel. Catalog price: $890 USD a month or $8,900 USD a year (shown in US dollars). Because Scale is sold by contact, confirm the price with the person who sets it up; the pricing page is authoritative.

Likely causes and fixes

  1. No buy button for Scale. Expected. Only Starter, Pro and Team can be bought in the dashboard; Scale joins once the capacity exists. Fix: use the Talk to us contact on the pricing page or email support to ask for Scale; a person sets it up.
  2. You need more than 12 at once. That is Enterprise (20 or more profiles at once, set by contract). Also by contact.
  3. You want Scale’s limits now. The AI cannot enable a plan. A person confirms capacity and handles the contract and billing.

If it still fails

Press Talk to a person in this chat (or open Help) and include: your account email, how many profiles you need to run at once, and roughly when. A person replies; the AI cannot quote a start date or change your plan.
