Starter plan: price and limits

Short answer

Starter is the plan for one person working alone: $90 a month or $900 a year, one profile running at a time, 25 saved profiles and 25 saved proxies. Like every current paid plan it includes the desktop app, the API and SDKs, every iPhone model, the AI agent, and no monthly limit on session hours under fair use (a single session that no AI agent drives runs for up to 4 hours). It is self-serve: dashboard → Billing → Choose a plan.

Check first

  • Do you need more than one profile open at the same time? Then Starter is too small — Pro runs three at once.
  • Monthly or yearly? The Yearly switch on the plan page shows the annual price — ten months’ worth, so two months free.

What Starter includes

From the plan catalog:

  • Price: $90 a month or $900 a year, in US dollars.
  • Profiles at once: 1. Saved profiles: 25. Saved proxies: 25. Profile storage: 5 GiB. Recipes: 50.
  • API requests: 120 a minute.
  • Session hours: no hour limit under fair use, no monthly meter; a session that no AI agent drives (started in the desktop app or through the API) runs for up to 4 hours.
  • Desktop app, API and SDKs: included, with live API keys.
  • Teammates: you can invite them.
  • AI agent: included, on your own provider key or on 1,000 AI credits a month with no rollover.
  • Proxies: SOCKS5 plus OpenVPN and WireGuard exits.
  • Every iPhone model: yes.
  • Support: email, with a 48-hour reply target.

Likely causes and fixes

  1. “I hit a limit on Starter.” Each cap is enforced on its own. A second session at the same time is refused until one ends; a 26th profile or proxy cannot be saved. Fix: delete what you no longer need, or move up to Pro — an upgrade applies straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period.
  2. “Is the price in my currency?” Prices are in US dollars; VAT or sales tax is added where it applies. See Tax / VAT on invoices.
  3. “Can I try it first?” A new account starts on the 7-day Trial: one profile at a time, 1 saved profile and 5 saved proxies, on iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini, in sessions of up to 20 minutes and 2 hours in total of session time, with no AI agent and no VPN exits. Starter lifts every one of those.
  4. “I am on an older plan.” Older plans keep their limits; once you move to Starter you cannot buy the old plan back.

Choosing Starter, changing between Starter, Pro and Team, and cancelling are self-serve from Billing. Press Talk to a person in this chat (or open Help) only for a charge that does not match the plan page, a plan that is not active after paying, or a refund — and include your account email and what Billing shows.
