Unsubscribed trial accounts may be deleted after 30 days (warning email first)
You might be here because: “got an email saying my account will be deleted” · “will you delete my profiles if I don’t pay” · “how long do you keep my data after the trial” · “account deleted unless I choose a plan” · “is this deletion email real” · “can I stop the deletion”
Short answer
If your trial ended and you have not chosen a plan, your data is kept for 30 days. After that the account may be deleted — but only after a warning email sent at least 7 days beforehand. Choosing a plan at any point stops the deletion.
Check first
- Did your trial end more than 30 days ago? Billing shows the trial end date.
- Did you receive the email “Your account will be deleted unless you choose a plan”? It is sent once per account and names the day the account may be deleted.
- Have you already subscribed? A subscription at any point removes the account from the deletion list for good.
Likely causes and fixes
-
Warning email received, you want to keep the account. Open the dashboard → Billing → choose a plan. The sweep re-checks before closing anything; a subscribed account is never closed by it.
-
Warning email received, you do not want the account. Do nothing. The account is closed no sooner than 7 days after the warning: sessions are destroyed, sign-ins and keys are revoked, webhooks disabled, and stored data is purged later on the disclosed retention schedule (see Delete my account).
-
“I’m inside the 30 days — is anything gone?” No. Sign-in works and profiles, proxies and settings are kept. Only session starts are refused.
-
“The email looks suspicious.” The genuine email links the dashboard plan picker and cannot be turned off in email preferences. If unsure, do not click links in it — open the dashboard yourself and check Billing.
-
“I need my data exported before it goes.” There is no self-serve export of the whole account. Ask support before the deletion date; a person helps.
If it still fails
Press Talk to a person in this chat (or open Help) and include: your account email, the date on the warning email, and whether you want the account kept or closed. Restoring an account that has already been closed is a security/account action performed by a person; the AI cannot promise it is possible.
